Texture Salon & Spa requests that each new guest arrives 10-15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to fill out our guest welcome information sheet and receive a tour of the salon. You will be familiarized with the salon layout and all services offered to ensure the best possible experience.

Scheduling

At Texture Salon & Spa we highly recommend booking your appointment at least two weeks in advance to ensure your desired appointment time. Wedding parties need a minimum of eight weeks in advance to guarantee servicing everyone in the wedding party.

We do welcome call-ins the day of desired appointment and stop by appointments; however, we cannot guarantee that a time slot will be available.

Running Late

If there is a time that you are running late for your scheduled appointment, we ask that you give us a call if you will be running more than 10 minutes behind schedule. This will give us the opportunity to inform your service provider and any possible guests that are scheduled after your appointment.

Cancellations

We ask that in the event that you need to cancel your appointment, you give us a 24 hour notice. Any cancellations made after this point may be subject to a 50% fee of scheduled service charges. First time cancellations short of the 24 hour notice will be waived, however, a credit card number will be kept on file for any future last minute cancellations.  Any guests using a Texture gift card for services rendered will forfeit 100% of scheduled service charges for any cancellations made short of the 24 hour cancellation policy.

We now require credit card information on file for any appointments that total $200 or more to reserve the requested appointment time.  Thank you for understanding.

Etiquette

We ask that you consider other guests and service providers. No cell phone use during treatments. Cell phones should be on vibrate at all times. To ensure the safety and relaxation of all our guests, we request that there are no children on the styling floor unless they are having a service performed.

Product Exchanges

If you decide a product is not right for you, and if half the original amount of the product is unused, you may exchange it for another product or combination of products of equal value within 30 days of purchase.
